How to do it?
Open your TeamingWay account.
Step 1 - For Gmail Integration
Go to App Store in your TeamingWay account.
In an App Store, you can see various apps ready for integration.
Go for Gmail and add it.
Once you click it, you will be redirected to the sign-in page of Gmail, enter the credentials of your business email.
It will ask you for the permission, click allow.

Step 2 - Use Gmail Integration For Task automation
For automation, you need existing goals or create a new one:
Now, click the goals in your TeamingWay account and go to the goals section.
Select the existing goals or you can create the new goals from there. See, and click the particular goal you want to automate.
On the next page, you will find a bot button for automation on the right corner. Click the bot button when you notice it.
Here, you come to the point where you need to select the email if more than one business email is integrated. You can now select the email you want to integrate with the goal you created.
It will ask for the permission to create a task automatically in the respective goal.
Now, you have a choice to select a Gmail account to get the notification as it states the notifications you will receive. Finally, you are done with the integration and now you don’t have to worry about creating the tasks. TeamingWay creates a task automatically, when you receive an email containing customer feedback, complaint or something similar to it.
