Goal Feature Update

TeamingWay is now announcing the changes in the UI of the Goals to ensure easy and smooth navigation. 

So, what is new in it?

Take a look at the previous visual appearance and the new one, the main difference is quite clear. However, some changes might need some exploration and we can help you with it. 

• On the card, you can also see the goal category.

In a previous UI, the category of the goal was hidden, but now you can see it on the left side of the card of each goal. 

• Instead of just the number, members are now visible on the card.

The existing UI has the visible COUNT of the member and in a new UI, you can also see the members with it.

• The number of tasks is also listed on the card. 

From there, one may always make a new one.

The count of the tasks for each goal was already visible, but now you can also create one just by clicking on the plus sign on the right side of the goal card.

• Each vertical has a color to show the priority.

The priority was mentioned in a full word form before. As for now, each vertical is assigned with the color demonstrating the priority of the task.

• On the card, you have all of the short activities, such as meeting, taking a note, or leaving.

All the quick actions are now possible to perform just through the card. Check the three bullet button on the card and you can see options like meeting, notes and leaving the goal, etc.

• You will also see the Archive and Delete choices if you are the goal's owner.

As for the previous functionality, if you are the owner of the goal, you will also see the options of Archive and delete.

• Visually, the sorting options have also been improved.

Sorting visual appeal is the major change in the new design. You can check it in the screenshots as the difference is huge. 

                                                       

• From the top right corner of the goals board, now you can select and add a category.

If you are looking for a specific goal, you can select the category from the goals or add the new category through ADD button.

• In addition, you have a card for the NEW GOAL.

Previously, you had to create a new goal from a + sign at the list on the left corner. Now, you have its card in the beginning of goals to manage the creation of it.

• You now have a full menu of filters with numerous options such as other goals and my goals, among others.

On the left side along with the search bar, you can find a dropdown to filter the goals and at the right top corner, you will find a filter with numerous options (by clicking on it).
