How to send a message in TeamingWay

There are 2 ways to send a message in TeamingWay.

You can send the message directly to the member of your team or concerned person. Secondly, you can send your message in the groups you have been added to.

1.   Send message directly to the team member

You can see the 'Direct Messages' on features toolbar, click the option and you will able to reach out the member easily.

Click on the person’s name you are willing to chat with:

You can see the members below direct messages. Click the member name and you can chat with them.

2.   Send message to the group you are added

To send the group messages, you can click on the channels and you will be able to see the list of existing groups.

 

Click on the channel you want to send the message

When you click on the particular channel, you will see the chat room. Here you can send the messages and see the project related discussions for better productivity.
